Join us for the 33rd Annual Bun Cooler! This is the premier kickoff event and the unofficial "season opener" for the Northwest!
Lodging
We will once again be at the Lewis & Clark Resort at Clearwater River KOA in Kamiah, Idaho on highway 12. The resort is nestled at the base of the infamous motorcycle Mecca, Lolo Pass. You've seen the sign "Winding Road Next 99 Miles", now make the ride. Great location!

There is no set ride schedule.
Meals
Registrations before 11:59 PM on May 5th INCLUDES banquet dinner on Saturday night.
Group picture is at 5:30 on Saturday.
Banquet dinner meal is the 18th at 6 PM: Pork tomales, chicken enchiladas, green salad, dinner rolls, Mexican crock pot corn, dessert, coffee, iced tea.
The following OPTIONAL meals will be available onsite for $25/meal - you will pay the vendor CASH ONLY at the event. These meals will be served on-site by a caterer so that riders don't have to ride into town for the following meals.
Event Apparel
Event apparel will be available to purchase when you complete your online registration. Shirts this year are sport grey with navy print. There will be NO REFUNDS on purchased apparel. The deadline to order apparel is Sunday, May 5th.
If the event is cancelled, the purchaser would be responsible for making arrangements to receive apparel, including payment for shipping charges.

Registration
All event registrations will be done online. Registrations received before midnight on Sunday, May 5th will include the banquet dinner on Saturday night. Registrations received after May 5th WILL NOT include the banquet dinner, but registrants may be able to purchase from the caterer on-site if there is extra food.
Online registration will close on Wednesday, May 16th at 11:59 pm. (Reminder: The deadline to order event merchandise is Monday, May 5th).

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations can be made by emailing Mark Wojcik at events@concours.org before the end of day on Wednesday, May 16th. There will be NO REFUNDS of event or banquet registration fees for cancellations made after May 16th, and NO REFUNDS on apparel (purchaser would be responsible for making arrangements to receive apparel, including payment for shipping charges).
